- Custom orders may require additional 1-2 business days for processing
- During peak seasons (holidays), processing may take an additional business day

Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following shipping restrictions:
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes for express or overnight shipping
- Some remote international locations may have extended delivery times
- Certain countries may have import restrictions on luxury footwear
- Military APO/FPO addresses are shipped via standard shipping only

Delivery Issues
If you experience any delivery issues:

- Lost packages are replaced at no additional cost
