30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange. This generous timeframe gives you plenty of time to try on your sneakers and ensure they're perfect for you.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure your items meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included
  • Sneakers should show no signs of wear or damage
  • Original receipt or order confirmation must be provided
  • Items must be returned in their original shoe box

How to Return Your Order

Step 3: We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.

Step 4: Package your items securely and attach the return label.

Step 5: Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned items, our quality control team will inspect them to ensure they meet our return conditions. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after inspection
  • Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 business days
  • You'll receive email confirmation once your refund is processed

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange Process: Contact us to check availability of your desired size/color, return your original item using our prepaid label, and we'll ship your exchange once we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs

  • We provide free return shipping labels for all returns within the US
  • International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Exchanges are shipped free of charge within the US
  • Express return processing available for an additional fee

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Custom or personalized sneakers
  • Items purchased with gift cards (store credit issued instead)
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective items, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a full refund or replacement, and cover all return shipping costs. Please include photos of the damage when contacting our support team.
